The ctottage is located three short blocks from the beach and about six blocks from downtown Laguna. It was built Circa 1917 and is a quaint and lovely little two bedroom one bathroom house. |

The dinning room has an antique dining set with a Tiffiny chandeller. The living room has a fireplace, comfortable furniture stained glass windows, color cable TV and video player, paintings a bookcase with reading material, games and a CD player |

There is a fully equpped kitchen with glassware and dishes and modern appllances including a dishwasher. Linens and bedding are supplied and in thebedroom there is a color TV with movie chanels |
